Shipping and delivery

We offer a fixed low price regardless of package weight. Should your order contain products, which are out of stock, you will soon receive an email with a new estimated time of delivery. When ordering several products, we will ship when all items are in stock. Delivery times therefore depend on the items with the longest delivery time. In case you need to rush certain products or have specific requests regarding your order, please contact our customer service at tel. +45 4912 9333.

We encourage you to check your package and your received items immidiately after delivery and please make sure the content matches the enclosed delivery note.

 

Within Denmark:

Choose between delivery on your address or at a package shop (with PostNord). We also offer free pick ups on our address. 

Delivery time is usually 1-2 days for items in stock, but can in certain cases be influenced by the delivery company.

International:

We ship to your address at a fixed rate regardless of weight.
